About Elisa

Welcome!
I'm so glad you're here.
I'm an author, Bible teacher, speaker, leadership coach, and founder of Women Daughters and Youth Ministries, Inc., a Christ-centered nonprofit devoted to helping women, daughters, and youth know Christ more deeply, discover their identity in Him, and grow in biblical wisdom.
God has taken me on a journey I never could have imagined. Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, I have the heart of a country girl with the boldness of a city girl. I'm also a proud wife, mother, and "Nanni" to my precious grandchildren, and they are one of God's greatest blessings in my life.
For more than 30 years, I served in executive leadership in the biopharmaceutical industry, while faithfully serving in ministry. Today, God has woven those experiences together, allowing me to encourage others through biblical teaching, leadership development, writing, and mentoring.
I hold a Master of Divinity from Regent University and a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Everything I write and teach is rooted in Scripture and centered on the hope and transforming power of Jesus Christ.
As the author of "Who Do You Think You Are?", my passion is to help people discover their identity in Christ and faithfully live out the calling God has placed on their lives.
Whether you're here because of my book, a Bible study, a speaking event, or simply searching for encouragement, I pray you'll leave reminded of one unchanging truth: your identity is found in Jesus Christ.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. I look forward to connecting with you as we continue growing together in faith.
"If God said it, just do it!"
Rooted in Identity. Leading from Righteousness.
